    Quick question,
I have a user who was using webmail to access her client e-mail.
Basically, a partner of ours provided her with an e-mail account.
Webmail was booting her out every 10 minutes so I got the mail server settings from the client and configured Outlook Express 6 (Outlook 2003 is already configured for her normal e-mail). Everything is fine, she can send and receive, however, her folders are not appearing. Any ideas on how to pull them down from the clients mail server? Its a POP account by the way.

Not possible. Folder structure on pop3 accounts is local to the client. So the folder structure on the webmail is unique to it, as is any folder structure created in OE6.

You need to have an IMAP account in order for folder structure to be global.
