signing on docket

Ive taken the summer off, I have just recieved my signing on docket that just has to be returned bak to social. Do I return it after the period it shows or straight away? eg 23jun-26july?

ya. due to the renovations in the galway social welfare offices they sending those dockets out and you just return them. there is a post box in the lobby of hynes buildings.
