    I recently got one of these http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=319638 from Komplett.

    I done quite a bit of research and the most reccommended make was Samsung.

    This thread explains the differences between all the R7 range.

    http://www.avforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=323530
    R71B = Blue (bottom) + Black (casing)
    R72B = Silver + Black
    R73BD = Blue + Black + DVB - T tuner
    R74BD = Silver + Black + DVB - T tuner
    R71W = White
    71, 72, 74 is for the design.

    B means Black
    W means White
    D means digital tuner.

    Different models

    The thing that I've noticed is that all the high-street shops in Ireland only stock the D range which is a bit pointless considering that the D stands for an internal Digital Tuner which is no use in Ireland. And the cheapest I could find a 32" R7 over here is €1500 and I got mine (no digital tuner) from Komplett for €1210 delivered. So that's a difference of €290 for something you don't need.

    I've only just recently got it so I haven't used it too much so I can't really give it a full reccommendation just yet, but so far so good. I hooked it up to my PC last night and as there's a dedicated PC connection on the back of the TV it worked fine with no problems setting up.

    Have the 32 inch R51 which is an older model, and as I said many times on this forum, I think it's excellent for TV, DVDs, and my Xbox 360.

    Bought from Komplett as well.

    One thing I am noticing with Komplett and with the LCD's is that this particular model, even though now it seems a little bit more expensive, has some good delivery prices. If you go for the 40", those reasonable prices or low prices go and you're left with 130 and upwards. Which essentially eats up any savings you're making from buying it retail. Or am I missing something?
