You sure thats what you want? Dont think its gonna be possible 2 find 1. Dunno any that have optical in. Audigy def not have it. What you need optical in for?
Creative X-fi Fatal1ty has Aux in, SPDIF in & Mic in on control panel. You also get a remote.

The Creative Audigy 2NX is an external 7.1 soundcard, USB attach with optical in and out, SPDIF out, line in and is a great piece of kit! 24-bit Audio.

:rolleyes: Not really a card as such. Sound console i'd call it. Sounds good. I highly reccommend creative.

Edit: Had look at Fatal1ty again & it has optical in. Got 1 in the post 2day for my new rig.
