Welll today's the day. The first part of the finale . I suppose some of my excitement is diluted due to the split in the programming but alll the same I cant wait for tonight:D

Spent some time on Saturday trying to purchase the whole thing on iTunes but I just couldn't figure out how to do it.

If I didn't need my Lost fix so bad, I'd be taping it tonight and watching the 2 parts back to back next week

They are splitting it into 2 parts!?!?

Are both parts being shown tonight, or 1 this week and the second next week?

I dont know how you will all survive with it in 2 parts, i cant even imagine where they would make the the snip! :eek:

Hope you all enjoy it, its a better ending than Season 1....

It's part one of the finale so none of the major stuff happens but it builds up to part two nicely. Thought it was pretty lousy of rte to split it up....

Why did they split it up? Was it extra revenue no alternate programming...

Does nayone know what show(s) are going to take over Losts timeslot after it finishes?

Having followed the US airing of the show. I just went back and watched the first hour of the finale and by God, do i feel sorry for all of you watching on RTE.

You can tell watching it, its meant to be aired as a two hour episode as 'part 1' has no ending as such, its just meant to lead into part 2 straight away.

Is it possible to buy the second part of the episode? I tried to buy it with iTunes but you need an American account. Is there anywhere else? I can't believe how mean RTE are! :mad:
