    Anybody been to any of the Hed Kandi gigs before? What are they like?

    Is it a funky house night?

    Funky House yeah..on a related topic i have a link with stacks of Hed Kandi albums but no one is seeding this so i need someone to seed it in order to d/l ill promise to seed it when ive finished d/l it,any takers PM me...:cool:

    i've been to the last 3 or 4. honestly dont think il go to this one. hed kandi is the best of funky house music imo and these nites have remixes of tunes that you havent heard before and probably wont hear again.

    but they really f*ckin cram as many in as they can get. you'll be waiting an hour to get a drink every time you want one. another hour to use the toilet. i think they have 4 toilets in the whole place. at least an hour to put your jacket in.

    after that, the place is so packed you literally have nowhere to stand. last time i went i was with about 5 mates and i was only ever with one, if even that, because as a group we had nowhere to stand where we'd all fit (no we're no fat)

    if you do go, DONT wear good shoes because so many people will stand on them they will be beyone repair...

    but apart from that its good ;)

    I was at Hed Kandi in April when they played the POD last and I would definitely recommend them. The place was full but not over crowded. We didn't have the problems that the guy above had. The music was fab, really gets you out dancing. If you like their CD's you should definitely go.:D
