Fitz Holdem 1/2 PL hand

I have 160, villain (fairly TAG) has me covered. Ive been playing tight.
4 limpers to me on the BB, I check with 69o.
flop comes 667 rainbow. I bet out for 5 (comments?)
MP calls and villain calls.
turn is a club (a king i think) putting a club flush draw out there. I bet 25, MP folds, villain makes it 75. I push for 150 total.
comments? should i have been able to get away from it?

played the scalps tonight. got to sit with the infamous chief. after losing a big pot a few hands previously he pushes for 325 on my BB (blinds are 75/150). all fold and i call with A6. chief turns over Kc Xc. flop comes A high with one club. PPPspecial says, "watch out, here comes the runner runner!"
turn club, river club.
PPPspecial is rigged. 0
