Threadworms

I bought Vermox today for threadworms, and took it this afternoon (1 tablet), but tonight I still see worms coming out of my anal area to plant their eggs (they're alive). Is this normal for them to still be alive after using the Vermox on the same day? And how long will it take untill they die? Thanks a lot.

Check the label on the packet and if you are unsure then go to the pharmacy that you bought them from, or the doctor that supplied them to you.
