Hello, I've got a problem. Here goes:

Won an AGP graphics card on eBay at the end of April. Got the package within a week, but turned out to be a PCI-E card which was the wrong one. So i mailed the seller saying i got the wrong package. He told me he had the card there and to send the PCI-E one back.

About 3 weeks later, after numerous messsages which he didnt answer i emailed him asking what the situation was, he said he sent the card and that i would see it any time. That was about a month ago.

I mailed him again asking him if it usually takes this long, he said it may be held up at customs. So before i posted here i rang the post office to see if it may have been there but they guy said it wouldn't have been there at this stage.

Now the eBay seller had about 2000 feedbacks, and only one negative in the last year, plus he sent me a card in the first place so I assume he hasn't ripped me off.
So, what should I do now? Any help appreciated.

It's coming from the USA, if that's at all different?

It depends how much the item was valued for to be held up at customs. It might have gotten lost, was it regular airmail he sent it? He might be able to trace it if he sent it priority mail.

According to most online EU stores it would cost 100-150 euro. He said he said he sent it by USPS, which i don't think is priority.

USPS is just the united states postal service (just your regular US bog standard An Post), whether it is priority or not depends on how he sent it, and how much he paid for its delivery.
