Did anyone catch 5-7 on RTE 1 last night, they did a piece on local groups that want mini hydo schemes near Achill, there are spots where there are very fast currents, I didn't catch if these were sea currents or tidal near rivers but it sounded very promising, it would be nice to see some grassroots developments.
