I'm looking for an Email programme for dealing with customer Emails. At the moment I need to print some of them out for the office but outlook express doesn't mark Emails that have been printed like Meails that have been replyed to so the next day I can't be completely sure which Emails have been dealt with and some are sliping through the net.

We will have a proper programer coming soon to integrate our database and online sales but until then I need an Email programe that can tell me whats been done with each Email.

Is there such a programe, I've done searchs but all the Email programes seem to relate to bulk Emailing.

Would having the emails which haven't been printed and dealt with marked as unread suffice? You can mark a previously read email as unread with one click in Mozilla Thunderbird.

You can mark label them with colours in Thunderbird as well, might help.

Yes definitely agree Thunderbird one of the better mail clients out there, would easily recommend.

I tryed a bit of marking them as unread but it wasn't ideal but marking them with colours would be perfect. Looks like thunderbirds the one, cheers!
