Happened to me earlier today in a cash game and got a lot of stick from the other player. I understand his frustration as he was bluffing but unfortunately this happens to me anytime a call comes into the house for some reason.

Basically what im asking is what are you supposed to say to this? i apologised to which i got f*ck you and so on, i feel bad but at the same time p1ssed off that the other players might play differently against me or also start chiming in, its a rare occurence and not really anything i can do about it.

any one else have this happen to before?

    just ignore it.

They should know by the hand u had, the board, the bet etc if it was on purpose

e.g. a boards comes down with two hearts they disconnect and have two hearts....it's a bit obvious

btw if you have adsl you need to get filters for all the phones points, that is prob the reason for the disconnects,

i used to have the same problem

lol if this is all u have to worry about in life be greatful!
Anyways if this bothers u i can c ur a good guy - there are plenty of a-hs out there so dont sweat it about em.
sh1t happ5ns - i have nvr deliberately disconnected but if it happened by accident and it worked out 4 me i'll take it and aploogise to know 1 - the reverse has happened to me plenty of times, about a year ago I was having big problems with my very basic mouse it weas hyper sensitive - it literally had a mind of it's own and i swear to god i didn 't even move da thing just had my hand on it and it raised me all-in for $1k and i got called! and needless to say didnt outdraw da guy whom as it happened made a fairly loose call - just as well i didnt have a cat as it would have got booted out da window.

yeah i guess he'll just have to deal with it, he might be grateful one day when it saves him losing a big hand or something- see how he deals with the abuse then:rolleyes:

@sikes i know nothing about the tech stuff, i have standard BB with the netopia box, are the filters you're talking about the the little grey box thing with two holes, one for the phone and one for the BB wire (great description i know)?

If you're using a 56k modem to get online. Tell Eircom to deactivate call waiting on your phone. This causes dropouts. If you have broadband - get dsl filters fthat connect to each phone line.

some do, this was on party which in hindsight makes me care less as there's plenty of no DP tables
