Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I've had a play around with the search engines for firefox today.
Using the arguements from the "Google workarounds for boards.ie search" thread I made up the following search plugins.

They might come in handy for someone.

*To search the text of posts
*To search the titles of posts
*Fugly search by user --- going to try and fine tune this one.

Getting the search engines to work is the same as explained here -> Firefox plugins on Biki

in the google search bar in the top right hand corner of firefox. click on the google icon to drop down the choices.

I see we have search for threads you started in our cp's?
but could you not add a link for threads you've posted ,for just your own posts, I can never find my own posts, I rarely sub, does subbing actually bring you directly to your post?
