Hi im trying to upload my shop on the internet but i am having problems. I successfully did it earlier but then realised pictures were missing so i tried to upload it again but this cause problems.

im using shop factory to upload my shop and it seems to have created problems. i was onto tech support earlier but they finish at 10 so im left to sort it out myself. the tech support guy said that "The issue was being caused by the length of the path to the filenames"

does anyone know how to solve this or what files to delete so i can try again?

    cheers

Have you got spaces in the path? Give an example of the path to the problem files or a URL to the broken site?
