Is this a boiler problem or can I fix

Ok we have had a few issues with our new boiler. It about a year old.

The PCB and IPCB and one other thing has been changed on the boiler. I have now noticed that every 2 months or so the pressure gauge goes to 3 bar. So I take out the water from a rad until its back to 1 bar and everything is fine. I watch the pressure gauge for about 2 weeks and everything is fine no change on the gauge. Then in about 2 months the release valve starts dripping water and the gauge is back to 3 bar.

Any ideas where or how the pressure is getting so high. Could it be a block as I don’t think the re-pressure valve is leaking?

    any ideas
