If an Israeli person does it, they'd definately be seen as a martyr by Israel. If a Palestinian person does they'll be seen as eradicating the world of gays for Islam. Either way, they're all a pack of bloody nutters!!!

I don't understand why everyone is berating Israel over some extremist and his bigoted viewpoint. As Damien has alluded, there are extremists in various Christian and Islamic countries who have similar religiously motivated views. Do we berate America because Pat Buchannan blamed Hurricane Katrina on gays?

I know it might seem in vogue to criticise Israel at the moment (I'm very critical of their role in the current conflict along southern Lebannon but that's a different debate entirely) but really, painting all Israelis as "whining" and homophobic betrays the same kind of catch-all narrrowmindedness of which Israel stands accused.

Also it's "Sieg Heil" not "Zig heil" and if I see another comment like that it will earn whoever posts it a ban.

It's the attention economy and we're supplying the currency. Ignore people like that, as we saw in another thread the God Hates Fags group are just one family with less than 100 people in the church. Who cares. They're as dangerous as a fly.Concentrate more on insidious elements in the mainstream who tell you they're on your side as they stab you in the back. Crowds like the Labour party who are on record as saying they won't support gay marriage yet boast about their equality record and take part in Pride parades for photo ops with hairdressers. I'd be more worried on them selling out our future than some tosser with a big mouth and no balls from Israel.
