rock/punk/metal drummer needed

hi, my band are going through some changes, our drummer who was origionally our guitarist is going back onto guitar and vocals while our rythm guitarist and singer is going to play bass and vocals and im sticking with guitar.

basically were looking for a new drummer, aged 15-18.

must like green day and metallica, two very important influences, not such a big deal but it would be better if possible
other influences include:

alkaline trio, the ramones, the clash, sex pistols, the misfits, offspring, rancid, nofx, husker du, black flag, anti flag, Dead Kennedys, jawbreaker, my chemical romance, stiff little fingers, the undertones, me first and the gimmie gimmies, the buzzcocks, coheed and cambria, ffaf, eric clapton, bob dylan, ,black sabbath, led zeppelin, the who, rolling stones, oasis, u2, spungos, screaching weasel, devo, him, panic at the disco, the smiths, the cure, the transplants, the casualties, d.o.a, joey ramone, senses fail, fall out boy, thin lizzy

must have gear, a decent kit, also must be willing to spend money on recording and other stuff like investing in a p.a., drum mics etc.
