Pokerevents will be recruiting several new staff for a variety of positions such as

Locations for the above are Cork, Dublin, Galway, the Midlands and Limerick.

This will be moved to tournaments section within the next 48 hrs.
Any interested parties should p m myself.
    Fintan Gavin.

well that didnt take long for someone to take this off topic. In the interest of sanity if you have a problem with PokerEvents either PM them or start a new thread,if you're interested in the jobs they have mentioned, then use this thread.

Fintan, any specific details on the Dublin jobs. Full time/Part time? Red Cow only, or variety of locations? TD and admin staff would interest me and I know two IT grads who'd be keen on the IT stuff i'm sure.

Pokerevents pm'ed me before he made this post. I thought it would be a good idea since there are alot of students on the forum who would likely be interested in part-time/casual work. There have also been posts in the last while about people wanting to get into the tournament director and finance/admin jobs side of poker.
So it should have been a win-win, jobs for forum regulars and pokerevents gets new staff.

There was a huge discussion here:
    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2054941966&highlight=pokerevents
about Pokerevents and issues that staff had. As far I'm concerned it was discussed and there's enough information in that thread for people to be informed, or at least having a starting point for asking questions.

This thread should be kept on-topic. You will likely be banned for dragging it off topic starting now.

    Hi Fintan

Depending on what sort of IT staff you require and be it full time or part time I would be intrested.
