Unemployed Tax Credits

Hi. I've just been through the revenue.ie guide to tax credits and was wondering if anyone could help clarify something for me. I've been unemployed since September 2004. Started on back to education allowance in November 2005 and received that until mid June 2006. I'm now in full time employment and was wondering does the Long Term Unemployment Tax Credits apply to me?

Basically I'm asking whether or not being on Back to Education Allowance counts as being Unemployed or not. Thanks.
