Belkin F5D7050 Wireless Adapter Problem

Right I got me the Belkin F5D7050 Wireless Adapter for my Wireless broadband connection, problem is it keeps disconnecting at random intervals, I then have to Repair connection which is fairly annoying.
I've updated to the latest driver, I've also updated my Netopia box's firmware but to no avail. The wirless connection on the Router does'nt seem to be affected as the wireless connection light stays on while the adapter disconnects, so it looks like adapter to me,

    Anybody got any ideas ???

Does it happen when the laptop is within a few (<=7) feet of the router?

Are you using the Belkin software or your OS' software?
    What OS are you using?

    Disable power saving.
