Having tasted Beamish Red a few times I must say I really like it - all the more so that a pub in my town has got it on tap. Any thoughts on it from ale drinkers? It is not marketed that well by the brewery but I would class it above Kilkenny and all other Irish ale drinks.

I'm not a fan of nitrogen dispensed ales, I think they're a pretty poor substitute for the real thing. It's not too bad if you get it in the bottle though, and a few pubs around cork stock the bottles
