Batch File Rename

I'm using AF5 to batch rename files at the moment but I'm looking for something that will allow you to replace specific characters within a group of files. Basically I want to replace all spaces with a . ie Adobe Photoshop V9.iso = Adobe.Photoshop.V9.iso Anyone help me out with something?

I normially use Total Comander for basic renames.

Not sure if it can do such intricate renames though!

Would any of these programs take a simple text file as a list of new filenames, or would the new filenames have to be entered seperately into the program?

AF5 can import the list of desired filenames from a txt file.
