An Post managed to mislay a 'rather' valueable EMS package on me recently.

So, now i'm down to the point where they've sent me a a 'claim' form.
(It doesen't actually say, 'We will compensate you' but that's effectively what it is)

The thing i was wondering - Do An Post usually pay out the full amount??

Or do they try and duck claims, by either refusing to pay them or offering a 'settlement'??

    can anyone offer advice?

    Thanks
