Does anyone know if you need to have all your big long birth cert and all that for reapplying for a passport or do you just basically need your old one and the form?

Do I go to the post office to get the special 10 day return thing and go to a Garda station to get the actual form and get it signed?

    Anyone?

Your old passport and form is ok.

You need to have the form signed in the Garda station and then you take it to the post office.

If you are under 18 years of age or were born outside Ireland you will need the long form of birth certificate.
