Lavazza and illy are both very good - and widely available, illy is probably nicer.

Should be able to pick them both up in your local supermarket.

There are various types of Lavazza available - but i find the cheapest (Rosso) is perfectly fine.

We use illy where I work, and they seem to be pretty nice, though I'm not much of a coffee drinker myself.
