Accurate statistics on Spam and Viruses

Guys I'm looking for accurate statistics on percentages of emails that are spam and viruses. Everywere I look has a differnt answer. Also would like info such as Cost of Spam, Phishing & Phreaking etc worldwide.

Anyone know a reputable site?

Have you check the sites of the major AV companies: Symantec, McAfee, etc?

Cheers guys, yes I had seen some of those sites, they give the most prevelent viruses and spam messages currently out there, but I need to find out e.g 40% of all email messages are spam and 5% of all messages contain a virus etc etc. I haev seen some starts like 80% of all emails are spam, and 25% are viruses, which I simply do not believe... i need accurate stats that i can reference to.

with reagards phishing, i wrote a pretty intense essay on preventing phishing recently as part of my college year, i can email it to you if you want. It's full of facts and figures and is harvard referenced...the lot!

From last month
Email Received 97k
Spam Detected 35K
Virus Detected 7K

Dont know if you can referance that but it will give you an idea of what an Irish Company sees

I can give you the exact figures from last month if you need them.
