Commute from Mullingar to Dundrum

    Hi,
I am soon starting a job near Dundrum (beside Nutgrove shopping center in Rathfarnaham) and will be commuting from Mullingar. Anyone got any pointers on getting there and back daily. I have a car and can work flexible hours.
What i dont know is what is the best route to take in the evenings and mornings i.e. go down M50 to Dundrum or take exit for Templeogue and at what times would be good to get there without long delays in traffic.
Also, im not aware of any public transport options to there.

If anyone has any advice, it would be appreciated. I know i can make a few dry runs and see what are the best options, but maybe someone out there is doing the same route.

    CB.

I'd say starting at either 8 or 10 would be the best option to avoid the worst of the Traffic.

Not sure the best exit but the tallagh exit through templeogue would probably be the handiest regarding the M50 id say

My parents live near Nutgrove and if I take the M50 when visiting them, I would take the Dundrum exit and then at the roundabout at the bottom of the slip road, turn left towards Rathfarnham village. Continue to St. Johns GAA club and turn right. Keep going straight (throught the mini roundabout) and Nutgrove is about a mile on.

I don't know what the traffic is like in the mornings but would imagine it's not too bad, as most of the southbound traffic would be continuing to Sandyford.
