Hi all, does anybody know of anybody in Ireland who offers greater than 100% mortgages? I have a personal loan that I would like to consolidate with a mortgage. Any help/ advice much appreciated, Cheers, Les

Generally no. If push comes to shove and they have to call in the mortgage, between stamp duty and sale expenses, they might be looking at getting 90-95% out of their 105%.

They would really need to trust you.
