First off Admin, Couldnt think of where to post this question becuase I dont think it would be suitable under the Horse Racing or Pet sub forums. Feel free to move if you think its not acceptable here.

Im just looking for recommendations on horse riding centres in Cavan? its for a child 7 who is trying to learn at the moment

Im having difficulty in finding anyone who (A) knows Cavan and (B) knows about Horseriding.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm moving this to horse racing, the forum there is supposed to be about all aspects of horseflesh so hopefully someone there should be able to help you. If not, then the mods there might be able to find a better home for it.

All equestrian threads were moved to sport but I'll leave it here for a while in the hope that one of the lads can help.

Cool, I just remember reading a thread here, by Hobart I think, talking about how this forum is about all aspects of horses rather than just betting. :)

aye, all aspects of horse racing...as in trainers, jockeys, breeding etc. We draw the line at those videos you sometimes get sent to your phone....

    I saw this on aire.ie

    Association of Irish Riding Establishments

    County Cavan
    Beechlane Equestrian Centre
    Ross House Equestrian centre
    Redhills Riding Centre

The do not list phone numbers or addresses but you could email info@aire.ie or use the phone book.

Using the Eircom online phone book I got -
Ross House Mountnugent Cavan 049 8540218
Redhills Equestrian Ltd Killynure Redhills 047 55042
