    well you have to go to de barras.......it would be a waste of a journey if you didnt...its at the top of the town(as you are coming in from bandon say, on the left of the main street) small place but its the job.

    its very good...

    check out de barras, the kilty stone and scannels who have a very big beer garden, the courtyard is decent enough too, there's plenty of other smaller pubs too to sample... teach beag is good for a tread session...

    plenty of lovely restaurants too, dont go to richies bistro... was in there on sunday, service was terrible!!

    id recommend the sugan for seafood...
