    everytime I try to record on my sky+ I get a failed banner,or no satallite been received but yet I get all the stations.Rang sky but was on hold for 45mins so I just hung up.The box is only a couple of months old any ideas??

    p.s. when I do get it to record (not often)it says only part recorded.

    You can try one of two things to sort the problem. Go the the Installers menu
    (Press Services, then 4-0-1-Select).

    First try a Planner Rebuild and see if that sorts it. If it doesnt, then try a Full Reset.

    sound like one of the inputs has gone, check Service, setup, then signal test - , make sute both inputs are locked, and that the strength / quality are at least 50%, if one is not locked, then you may need to check connection at back of box, and at LNB on dish...
