Have I been charged twice?

Guys you might be able to help here.
Have I been double charged for an item in my pay pal account.
I bought something last night but here is what appeared in paypal account.
This is my first time buying something on ebay.
Is this two seperate charges?

I would imagine so, if not then Paypal will be able to look it up and refund you (might take them a whole though).

Ok, here is what I sent him.
Its a bit strange because the crowd I bought it from are a Swiss Watch centre but the payee comes up as Uzmar Rafique?

"Hello,

I notice in my paypal account summary that there appears to be two seperate charges for the watch I am buying from you.
Can you confirm if payment has been sent twice.

Thanks"

Will have to wait and see, I will keep you posted.

Got my response from paypal,
