I don't know if this kind of thing exists, but I'm looking for a decent all in one box to sort out my net connection.
At the moment I have a zyxel prestige 600 DSL modem (which I got when I went BB well over a year ago) and a Netgear WGR614 wireless router which I bought recently enough.

At the moment its annoying enough to have a phone line going to modem, ethernet going to router (and another ethernet from there to my xbox), not to mention the fact that it uses 2 power supplies!
Anyway, I'm thinking about taking up VoIP soon enough and don't want to have to deal with a third box (the ATA) as well, so I figure now would be the time to get an all in one piece of HW that would tidy up my desk and just make things much easier.
So are there any decent dsl wireless modems (with more than 1 ethernet output) and built in ATA so I can plug a phone in and make VoIP calls through it? What kind of price range are they too?

    Thanks for the help

Had a quick look thru dlink, netgear and linksys sites. There are no modem/router/voip devices. They all have router/voip devices so you would still need your modem if you were to buy one of these.

Alternatively netgear and dlink do modem/router combos and you could add an ATA device later.

But either way, you're looking at a two device min setup with the current range of options..

I have a Netgear DG834GT (got it on special offer for €100 in PC World; think it's €150 normally), which does what you're looking for - ADSL modem, 4-port ethernet switch, 11g wireless router (Atheros Super G 108Mbps compatible) - except for the ATA (I have yet to see a router with one though). It's got a vertical stand too, a decent website config (no telnet though -_-), and a firewall you can actually rely on.

That's very similar (in looks) to the router I currently have, and it's a decent machines so I'd trust Netgear in the future.

Thanks for the info from everyone, shame there's no all-in-one box, but I guess two is better than three! (I assume an ATA box uses the power supply too?)
    Cheers

    Damn! So Close!!!

To be honest at the moment I only use my wireless for my DS; my laptop is busted and my PC has no card (and I can't be bothered because I'm thinking of replacing it and the modem & router is right beside it anyway).
I do hope to get a new computer soon though, which will have built in wireless; the PC will go to another room too so that will come in handy there; in other words wireless is something I hardly use now but will use a lot quite soon

There's one in the digidave.ie store here. ADSL modem, 802.11g WiFi and twin VoIP ATA ports.

Blueface.ie used to sell a linksys device which Im pretty sure does everything youve asked. Cant see that one their site anymore, but theres a device there WRTP54G ATA which at first glance looks like it ticks all the boxes " WiFi Router + ATA with 2 Phone Ports.". A bit more investigation will tell ya for sure.

    Yeah, no modem sadly

That one from digidave looks the trick; what's that place like anyway? Looks a bit... amateur... :D
A quick google found the same model on a few UK stores for cheaper too; although none of the main ones by the looks of things
