Hi, I'm looking for an idea of what I should be currently earning in relation to others in a similar position cause I haven't a clue what the avarage wage currently is.

I'm 28 with a cert & diploma in construction. I worked on-site as an engineer for 2 years & have been with this company for 5/6 years.
This is a small firm (under 10 employees) in a specialised industry. Effectively I process quotations (estimating) do all companies autocad, design company brochures, oversee all IT (website, emails, 4 pcs, 2 laptops). To a lesser extent I attend site meetings, some QS work on-site and help with contract management.

Current wage is 32,250 p/a plus company phone, expenses (275 p/m ave), a company van (taxed, insured & diesel card). Monthly take home about 2,550.

I get on well with all in the company & don't want to fleece the boss, but at the same time I do quite a bit for him & I don't want to sell myself too cheap!
I'll be asking for a rise next month & I want to be have a realistic idea of what to be asking for when he asks me.
