can I setup one of these accounts even though I have no credit card? The only thing I have is Banking365. If I can set it up what kind of payments can I make and receive? Cheers.

You can set one up but you will need a credit card and until then you wont be able to send or receive payments afaik.

You could always goto 3v.ie and get one there mate. The only thing is its €5 for every time you top up. If its a big purchase its good though.

Can you use paypal if you have a laser card or maestro??

I want to shop online but dont have a credit card. I'm looking into the 3v but it would be easier if paypal accepted the above cards??

I dont think you can use your laser or maestro to create a paypal account, correct me if I'm wrong.:)
