I get delt 88 UTG and i have a very tight image. Not alot of action at the table reciently so i make it 45 to play.

To my supprise 5 people call my bet, then it gets to the BB who calls all in for 110.

BB is on serious tilt. Over the past 2 hours he has rebought in for 200 about 5 times and according to other players bought in a few more before i joined the table. He has not been unlucky just making very stupid calls and pushes.

    Call or fold?

I called anyway. and again to my supprise all 5 remaining call to.

    pot(660+) preflop.

Now the flop comes 10 j 7 rainbow. I have about 160 left.

Probably should have folded preflop but hey im here now so whats my play.

Im thinking push. Im getting close to 6 to 1 on my money and i have outs.

you raised too much pf in the first place. You should have pushed preflop if you were going to do anything after the BB went all in.

Your in too deep now, you will get called if you push so check/call to the river?

well it would help if you gave your stack size but unless your very shallow i dont think pushing is a good idea at all.
you say you have outs but you cant really be sure with that many players in that you can have any outs.9 could give some one with KQ a higher str.
an 8 could give some one str so you cant be sure about your outs.
i agree a push would have been a good play preflop when the action got back to you but then again this depends on your stack size.
post flop check/fold is your safest option .again depending on stack size.

i did give my stack. I said 160 post flop which would make it about 270 preflop.

Ya i really should have pushed pre flop.

    I ended up pushing anyway.

Came up against J10s, AQo(from the all in preflop) and something else.

Turn and river came 3s and Qd
