Yesterday ended winnerless for me but I was happy enough with how it all turned out. WIll have another go today. They're really just race reads and although I may come to some personal conclusions in some they're not tips as such and you can read into them what you will

    HAYDOCK - 2:20

The favourite, Spring Dream, seems to have found a decent opportunity to complete a three timer as she looks to be an improving type. Bouquet didn't appear to get 1m4 last time but probably does have a win in her. I don't thing it's against this lot though and I think she'll need slightly easier company to get off the mark. The interesting one is bottom weight Generosia who's third behind winner again Gower song reads pretty well here and receiving weight all round could be a decent priced option. I think Gaze, although improving, was flattered by the poor run of a favourite last time and although seemingly ready to score, probably won't do so today. Generosia wins 4-1

    3:20

It has to be Guildensturm for me here. Just about everything he beat last time when on to advertise the form in one way or another (with wins or decent runs) and for me is the clear form choice. Unplaced, didn't handle the ground

    3:50

Again, the form reads very well for sewnso character here. He beat Kelucia last time in a 0-100 (Kelucia went on to win after that), has a 6 pound penalty for that but it shouldn't make too much of a difference if the horse has found the winning mood. This is a 0-95 but is pretty much the same as what he tackled last time. If in the mood for racing, I think he could win at a nice price. 4th

    4:20 Haydock

Very open affair this but I think the outsider of the main bunch could cause an upset here. CALL ME PUNCH ran a great debut around this time last year staying oon well after a slow start. Hasn't been seen since though and that could have a lot to do with his price today cause for me his profile is not too dissimilar to that of the top two NR

    YARMOUTH

    2:30

Godolphin seem to be slowly but surely coming back into form and Mizzle's breeding is top class and if ready, should win this. 3rd

    3:00

A tough one this. House Arrest has a 5 pound swing in the weights with Feisty for a half length defeat and that should be enough to reverse form there. I don't think a lot of All Talk's form and although could be the main danger to House Arrest here, I'd be more worried about the newcomer who could be anything and really wouldn't have to be anything special to beat these. Watch the market I guess. Got this one wrong, Feisty beat House Arrest in a photo

    3:30

Curtain Bluff was one of my horses to follow last year and is slipping down the weights so is bound to pop up soon. Whether or not it will be here though is another thing. Dr Synn though is starting to find form and with a great jockey on board and in receipt of ten pounds from Keyaki, he should be the one to beat here. Dr Synn beaten in a photo.

    Haydock 3:50

Although Sew'N'So Character looks the solid option I'm going to take an each way chance on top weight Boo at around 16/1. He has won after a short break before so the 82 absence does not concern me. He has slipped nicely down the ratings and is just above his last winning mark. His form on Good to Firm ground over a mile reads 3rd of 10, 2nd of 10, 1st of 9 and 4th of 12. Was also a close second in his only C&D run.

    Yarmouth 3:30

I'm in agreement with Fade on Curtain Bluff, races off a career low handicap mark (has won off higher), has a very interesting jockey booking. Despite his form not looking great, upon closer inspection it can been seen that he has never been beaten all that far in most of his last 6 or 7 races. I'd have serious reservations about favourite Dr. Synn unless there is some rain to soften the ground.

I'm going to stay away from the horses for a while, but I have to ask... today is the 6th of July right?

Haha, never even noticed that. What a strange mistake to make. (fixed - it did say 15th)

    Peter,
You requested to be informed about the following runners -

    Banknote (GB)
Ran at Haydock 6th Jul, details available at
    http://www.irish-racing.com/v3result019200607061550.htm

I just went through my emails there and horse tracker definitely never told him this horse was running. This has happend several times in the last few weeks. Is there another horse tracker out there that people use, apart from the one on irish-racing.com? I was waiting for this horse to run again for a reason, and well there it is. :(
