Accessing NTFS/HFS+ drives?

I'm finally set up on my Macbook Pro, with a dualboot to Windows. Only one thing so far is bothering me: Windows doesn't have HFS+ drivers and OS X doesn't have NTFS drivers. Blargh.

While I understand that Apple are working on an NTFS driver, is there anything that will let me access HFS+ drives from Windows?

Oh, and my macbook is teh pwn, for the record. Its definately fit to replace my desktop.

Maybe totally wide of the mark here but will this problem persist if/when Leopard arrives. If Windows is running alongside Leopard then can't we access shares from each system regardless of FS. I presume the app Parallel offers a similar "feature" ?

With VPC on a PPC mac this is certainly possibe.
