From Vicar Street, the sound was excellent as usual, the lighting really nice.
This are "From Within", the first band playing, didn't get scared for that.

    "Koesher", fifth, up the judges.

"Ruffus", only three guys in this band, the singer is the bass as well. They finished fourth.

Great on stage, "Revolution for Dogs", third.

"Penfold DM", extraordinary musicians, great performance, second.

And the winners, "Dear Catastrophe", they might be young, but their performance was excellent, powerful sound, and the winner actitude.

    My three L zooms, 16-35mm 2.8, 24-70mm 2.8 and the 70-200mm 2.8 IS.
With this last one I shot from the lights controller and sound engineer, from the very back of the audience.

    Excellent colours and clarity.

The composition on a couple is a bit off, the second last one in particular. Those two guys get in each others way too much.

And these are "The Spikes", for me the best band of all. However they didn't pass the audience votes and didn't classified to the judge vote (first 6).
