So it looks like there's gonna be showers all weekend. Me thinks this means it will rain and rain- which means mud and overflowing portaloos and flooded tents. . Like its ok during the day and all- keeps you kinda cool, but the camp site will be a mud fest.
Here's praying that early reports are wrong!
    maybe i'll bring my wellies.

There's a discussion about this over on the Weather forum.

Safe to say it won't be as kind as last year (from what I heard).

Bright and fresh for Friday with sunny spells and just a few scattered showers. Much of Saturday will be dry and bright but overcast and wet weather will spread from the Atlantic towards evening and overnight. Some further cloudy, wet weather is expected during Sunday.

The forcast is a bit better on the met eireann site today
    Tomorrow

Friday will be a fresher day; good bright spells in most parts of the country but there will also be some showers through the afternoon; these mainly in the north. Temperatures will reach 17 to 21 degrees in a moderate Southwest breeze.

    3 Day Outlook

Saturday morning will be dry and bright, and it will continue so for a time in the afternoon in eastern parts, but overcast and wet weather will spread from the Atlantic through the afternoon and in to the evening. Cooler conditions will continue through Saturday with temperatures in the late teens, but warmer weather will return for Sunday. It'll be mostly dry on Sunday and there should be some hazy sunshine with temperatures creeping in to the early twenties again. Temperatures will fall back a little on Monday but still, many places will see some spells of sunshine and there should be mostly dry weather across the country. Winds will be generally light or moderate southwesterly throughout.
