    Anderson was obviously going to win - I expected Leben to work some clinch at least.. He just came bouldering in, which works fine against someone who doesn't have pin-point accurate strikes like Anderson Silva.

    Silva/Franklin will be a great fight - I think Silva/Swick needs to happen.

    Hadn't thought of that one, he should fight Swick and then Franklin. That would be sweet.

    He'll have two more fights before he fight Franklin, Dana is too clever to have some on a title fight for the last fight on their contract.

    I would predict two more fights, one of which will be Swick, the other will probably be Nathan M and then Franklin for the first fight on his new contract.

    Hey john,

    Been out with back injury since Feb, went to specialist, MRIs etc. Basically told that muscle in lower back not strong enough to protect the spine and that I need to build up the core muscles before going back. Pain in my tits trying to get motivated to do the boring exercises, and part of me thinks that I dont want to mess up my back totally. Trying swimming and stuff, but put on over a stone since Feb!!!

    Lads are coming to mine on Monday for Tito / Ken fight at nine, You're very welcome along and say it to Jonesy to come down if he wants. No doubt Clack thinks he's the man in my abscence, so the one thing that will get me back is the thoughts of giving him a good beatdown.

    Might see you Monday, and on a personal note, can you lend me a pair of handcuffs?;)
