good place for 2 girls (late 20's early 30's) for a week away

the g/f and her mate are looking for somewhere nice to go for a week in Sept this year, but they're stuck for where to go.

they don't want to be in the middle of it all, but they'd like the odd bit of dancing and a few beers every now and again.

They were thinking of Portugal, but it's looking a bit expensive.

Does anyone have any ideas?

P.S. they've both lived in Tenerife and London, so both of those are off the list.

My friend and I (23 and 24) are off to Argassi in Zakynthos next week never been before but we wanted exactly the same as your girlfriend hope we get it .

Try munich flights are reasonably cheap with aer lingus and is an awesome city! Be careful not to go after 16th cos oktoberfest starts then though. Other place i would recommend would be berlin and prague:D

I wouldn't really recommend Zakynthos for a holiday like that,it is either all families or teenagers there to get pissed.

Malta or the turkish resorts are both good spots.

I would also agree iwth Croatia it is wonderfuil:)
