No clear winner in the Mexican presidential elections as both candidates claim victory.

So incredibly familiar I must have had a dream about it, it was a dream right?

I haven't followed this one the favourite was Obrador (I think)

Latin American Presidential elections are run in two rounds unless one canidate secures between 50 & 65% of the first round depending on the country.

If two canidates score low 30%'s they can each claim a moral victory.

    Does this clarify?
