Chinese version of Telestunt?

Seeing as most of the mobile companies now offer pre-pay calls to China for 5c/min, I was wondering if I was to avail of this offer could I call a chinese version of Telestunt and use this to make cheap/free calls to the UK. Anyone got any ideas?

In theory, this should work. Basically pay a Chinese company a few cents a minute to redirect your calls to the UK, Germany, Australia, or wherever. I suppose you might be monitored by the Chinese version of the CIA, though!
