If you have a UK address, where can you order a free to view card from? I've looked on Sky's site but couldn't figure out where I needed to go to order it.

The link above says I can order a Freesat card for £20 see quote from the Q and A section:
I already have digital satellite equipment - what else do I need?
All you need to get access to the free channels available on the digital satellite platform is a freesat viewing card which costs just £20.

Is this the same as what's referred to as a free view card or free to view card in several posts? I have a digibox and want a card which will allow me to receive C4 etc.
