I'd try a tigher crop on the first one to cut out the road/distractions

Good shots indeed, like them. The first one would be better cropped to remove the top left area distraction out of it. The second one looks great, mad looking sky.

honetsly thats the way the sky was.... thanks all ... will indeed crop the first one... maybe its me but my eyes where drawn completly to the turf and i never even noticided the top left corner....

Not bad. I think a bump on the saturation and contrast would help both of them. The ol' velvia action would give them a boost methinks.
