New rig... help needed

After many years of faithful service my Athlon XP3200+ machine is being retired. Savage machine in its day, but now I need something faster.

So, I've been out of the loop for about 5 minutes and everything has changed again. I'm looking at an AMD AM2 3800+ Dual core cpu and an MSI motherboard to match.
I've never used DDR2 memory, so what should I be looking for? If this was DDR I'd be getting PC3200, whats the DDR2 equivelant?
And now the big question, what graphics card? I'm not getting an ATI cos I just don't like them. I'll spend around the 200 mark (ex vat) on the card, any suggestions would be appreciated. I was looking at this one as I have a gainward card in my current machine and it's excellent.

Any suggestions or help most appreciated!

Depending on preference, you should get either a GeForce 7600GS (silent) or a GeForce 7600GT
*edit* if getting a GT, XFX have a nice warranty but the Gainward seems to have nicer RAM modules

For the CPU [socket AM2 Athlon 64 X2 3800] any DDR2 up to 800Mhz will work;

PC6400 = DDR2-800 in case your wondering.
