Hey, anybody doing or thinking of doing this Masters course in DCU?? Looking for a little info about it. You have to write a personal statement along with transcripts of past results, and i was wondering what kinda stuff should be in the statement??

Also if u are or have done this course what mark did you get in your previous degree before gettin into the Masters, and what are you doin now?

Any info at all would be helpful, ie. if you like it or not. Thanks.

I've already applied thru PAC, but i haven't sent any transcripts of my colleg results out to them as yet. have to do it pretty soon!!

I finished this year and have a degree in Comp. Sci. & SW Eng. Just missed out on a 2.1 tho. But I'm able to repeat two in August and should get 2.1. 2.2 prob won't get me in, but I haven't been in touch to see if they'll accept my new mark after August. Still a little bit on the fence as to whether i really want to do the course.

Do you know much aboot it shep d dog? Not sure what to write in my personal statement. I'd they just want ro see if you really want to do the course or not.

What did you study before going into this course?
How did your exams go and hows your project going?
    Difficult course?

Sorry for all the questions, just trying to get some info on the course. Cheers.
