Hey all, I heard that there's an auction on the first Sunday of the month out in
City Spares. Anyone ever been out to this?

Just wanted to know what ppl thought of it, is it worth the trip down there? Also , checked the website but it doesn't mention what time it starts at

Do they have mopeds or scamblers at these auctions? And what sort of price range?

they have everything from scooters to trials to sports to enduro to cruisers. Depends on the month i guess. Call into City Spares around sale time. Usually all sitting there with the auction stickers on them.

yeah I was down there last week they have shed loads of different bikes and all very reasonable prices. They guy told me they actually go a bit cheaper in the auctions. Ill be going there when its time to upgrade to a 400/500

Bear in mind that these bikes are all either scrap, stolen/recovered, or crash write-offs. Although a lot of bikes are written off with little more than cosmetic damage, you still need to know what you're getting into before you buy. Best avoided tbh unless you have a good deal of mechanical knowledge.

In Cavan there was a great fire / Judge McCarthy was sent to inquire / It would be a shame / If the nuns were to blame / So it had to be caused by a wire.
