My Pc keeps crashig while playing Oblivion its not graphics are anything seems to be the CPU temp is up to 70 after crash what is a good socket A cooler for 3200 and where to purchase.

70 fis pretty high alright. The cooler no matter how poor should not let the chip reach those temps.

Have you tried reseating the cooler with the correct amount of themal paste? Is the fan working correctly on the cooler?

I found whats causing it a capicitator on the board is stoppoibg the fan sitting correctly so need to replace this
